About Cypress Forest
Cypress Forest is a subdivision of about 130 acres and 340 homesites near Center Street and Old Stagecoach Road, planned to keep its wooded character. Homes sit on 55- to 80-foot lots.
The original plan included a pool, trails and a lake. The City of Kyle courted the project as its first move-up neighborhood when it broke ground in 2015.
