Casetta Ranch is a newer Brohn Homes community on the east side of I-35 in Kyle, developed in sections beginning around 2020 near Bunton Creek Road, and it is still actively building with one- and two-story floor plans.
Amenities include an amenity center with a pool, playground, dog park, pickleball courts and walking trails, and Kyle Marketplace's shopping and dining sit a short drive away.
