About Veramendi
Veramendi is a master-planned community of about 2,400 acres northwest of downtown New Braunfels, along Loop 337 and River Road. Several builders offer homes on a range of lot widths, and the plan includes neighborhood retail and two elementary school sites.
Amenities include The Ledge pool complex, the public 65-acre Word Park and a growing trail network, with at least 480 acres planned as parkland. Del Webb is building a section marketed to buyers 55 and older.
