Legend Oaks is an established southwest Austin neighborhood around Escarpment Boulevard and Convict Hill Road, built mostly in the late 1980s and 1990s.
It's split into two homeowners associations, each with its own private pool, and the Latta Branch Greenbelt runs nearby.
