MEET THE TEAM
The Allan Home Group is a husband-wife real estate team favorite, among the Central Texas natives. Dustin & Kristin Allan are licensed real estate agents of Texas. The professional balance Dustin and Kristin possess, both in business and in life, are instantly evident. Which's leads the the duo to deliver unparalleled service. Kristin and Dustin's multidisciplinary approach and creative strategies have contributed to millions of dollars in real estate transactions. They have served first time home-buyers to military veterans to well-informed, experienced sellers. Whatever the situation may be, The Allan Home Group is a diverse asset.
Kristin and Dustin's professional success can be partly attributed to their past career experience in the sales industry, where the two first met. Their desire to invest in their community and also in themselves in addition to their passion for real-estate is what led them to create The Allan Home Group. Tenacity, skill, attentiveness and the ability to be a "straight shooter"-as Dustin would like to say, is what sets this duo apart from any other agents in Texas.
When the husband and wife team are not in their business attire you can find them spending time with their two children at local festivals, enjoying outdoor activities or volunteering in their community.
Michelle Lawrence has an exemplary track record in selling Real Estate. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and fostering relationships with her clients. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. With so many moving parts to a transaction, Michelle makes sure to communicate with all parties involved so that her clients experience minimal stress throughout the transaction. She always communicates to her clients that the closing of the property is not the end and they can reach out to her in the future with any questions.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Michelle worked in special education. She found it to be both challenging and rewarding to work with handicapped students who were developing life skills and learning new information.
Michelle is currently a volunteer at Helping Hands Food Pantry in Dripping Springs and part of the Austin Disaster Relief Network. Both organizations help the community and support those in need. She is very blessed to be part of them!
