Kristin is your go-to real estate expert, passionate about home design, staging, and helping clients make confident decisions. She brings more than ten years of real estate experience to buyers and sellers across Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs and South Austin, and co-founded The Allan Home Group with her husband, Dustin.

On the listing side she handles pricing, staging guidance, marketing and negotiations; for buyers she researches neighborhoods, schools, resale values and upcoming development so there are no surprises.

Dustin is dually licensed in real estate and mortgages, giving clients insight into both financing and the home-buying process. Buyers get a clear picture of the market and of their financing options from the same team.

Dustin originates home loans through Mortgage Loans Co.; clients are always free to choose any lender.
